Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions
To qualify for the $1,000 purchase rebate (“rebate”), an organization making a referral (“referrer”) must meet the following criteria:
- Be an existing sales opportunity or an active customer organization in good standing (i.e., without any outstanding balances);
- Submit a “qualified referral” as described below.
A referral will be considered a “qualified referral” if the referred organization:
(1) at the time of the referral, has no open opportunities with Parcel Tracker (Deepfinity LTD), is not a current or past customer, and has not previously been referred to Parcel Tracker (Deepfinity LTD);
(2) completes a product demonstration with a representative from Parcel Tracker (Deepfinity LTD); and
(3) is evaluated by Parcel Tracker (Deepfinity LTD), at its sole discretion and based on its internal sales qualification criteria, as having a legitimate intent to purchase within the next six months.
Any personal data collected through this referral initiative will be handled in line with Parcel Tracker (Deepfinity LTD)’s Privacy Policy (https://www.parceltracker.com/platform-privacy-policy). The contact details of referred organizations may be used for outreach by sales and marketing teams, as well as for other purposes consistent with the Privacy Policy.
Parcel Tracker (Deepfinity LTD) will notify the referrer when:
(1) a referral has met the criteria to be considered qualified; and
(2) the referrer becomes eligible for the rebate, following completion of the necessary purchase.
A purchase is considered completed once full payment has been received by Parcel Tracker (Deepfinity LTD).
Parcel Tracker (Deepfinity LTD) reserves the right to delay or withhold any rebate that it deems, at its sole discretion, to be suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant with the terms outlined here—or if issuing the rebate could result in liability for Parcel Tracker (Deepfinity LTD), its affiliates, or any of their associated personnel. All decisions made by Parcel Tracker (Deepfinity LTD) are final, including decisions related to the qualification of referrals and the eligibility of referrers to receive rebates. Parcel Tracker (Deepfinity LTD) is not liable for failed rebate delivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete payment or contact information provided by the referrer.
This offer is not extended to individuals or entities prohibited from receiving such incentives under applicable laws or regulations. By submitting a referral, the referrer affirms that they are legally permitted to accept the rebate. Parcel Tracker (Deepfinity LTD) may, at its discretion, require the referrer to sign a declaration confirming this eligibility prior to disbursing the rebate.
Parcel Tracker (Deepfinity LTD) may amend, update, or discontinue any part of this referral program, including the terms or the rebate amount, at any time and at its sole discretion. If changes are made, they may be announced via the company’s website, with new terms taking effect 30 days from the date of posting. Any referrals not yet confirmed as qualified at that time will be subject to the revised terms.
