PostCo began as a local retail network in 2017, offering customers a simple method to pick up and return online purchases at nearby retail locations rather than at the post office. They grew their network to over 3000 retail locations in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Singapore in the first three years. Everything changed in March 2020. Their retail expansions were paused, and they released PostCo 360, a SaaS return platform that helps retailers automate returns, a few months later.Today, in addition to their retail network, they have over 300 retailers worldwide that use their software to automate and manage their returns, including Tony Bianco, Bronze Snake, Adidas, Triumph, Superdry, and many others. Their objective remains the same: to assist merchants and customers throughout the world in creating a world-class return experience. They think that people develop in direct proportion to the level of trust placed in them. They are always pushing themselves to improve and re-evaluate their key competencies. They are proud of their ability to lead by example and from the front. At PostCo, they believe that each of its members is responsible for upholding their common values and ideals. Without sacrificing speed, performance, or collaboration, their leadership believes in putting their team first. Are there any restrictions on the parcel's weight and size? All PostCo facilities can receive parcels that are up to 50cm x 50cm x 50cm in size. The maximum weight for collection is 20kg.returns - maximum weight of 3kgPlease be aware that parcels that do not meet the stated criteria may be refused by PostCo sites.
